- Goals are usually reached quicker
- Safe and effective training
- Progressive training
- Nutritional Advice
- Clients usually stick with Personal Training for years
- The trainer comes to you, which saves time and guarantees you a workout
Cons:
- More expensive than the gym (but at least the clients use the service)
- The only social interaction would be with your trainer
